Like the title is self explanatory he is in worse shape than everyone on the list and its so sooooo frustrating that Riot keeps pretending he doesnt exist and doesnt even mention him... Im as dissapointed as i was in Game of Thrones last sunday damn.
I have a theory it's because he's going to get a rework this year! The Champions in the poll are planned for 2020, so if Udyr isn't on there, there may be a chance that he's coming after Pantheon!
Neither is Kassadin.
He doesn't need one so it makes sense
It's possibly because he's already in the works. They only chose from those that they had absolutely not started on. We don't know who else may be coming late this year or even next year.
Priorities.
They must save time to think which justification (if any) they can use to release 2 more Star Guardian skin lines with Lux and Ezreal in it.
I believe he is currently guaranteed for a rework at the moment so having an option to vote for him isn't really necessary
This doesnt mean they arent working on him, but most importantly any work on him is going to be EXTREMELY taxing. Youre essentially doing the artwork of ~3 or so champions, more if each stance is as complex as a new champion and not similar to what he has now.
He may be the one getting reworked this year! Odin is reworking his last champion on the champions team and I thought it would be Volibear but now that it isnt it is most likely Udyr!
