Is the expectation to give every Noxian an LU likely or unlikely?

Okay so I'm not going to hold my breath expecting an official answer to this, especially since Swain's VGU is still 6 months away. But I thought I would try regardless. And Im not looking for spoilers (lord knows Sharjo is for that) just a little insight is all, however I am aware that perhaps it is too early to comment about anyway.

Here's the thing though, I don't think its fair that a potential Lore update for Sion and Cassiopeia be left out because they already have canon lore, yet neither have a Bio story. (holy mother, the kind of bio story Sion could tell- more history, more personality, more tragedy for what he is now compared to once was. Cassio could give us more insight into her family drama, which sounds mundane but the Du Couteau's are worth knowing more about.) Nor do I want them to take up space as the few that might get lore updates, when there are so many Noxians and all of them can have a moment to shine.

Now Im pretty confident that Narrative always intend to give every champ associated to a region a lore update. But that doesn't always happen, for different reasons. Which is why I ask about Noxus. And recently the community here has taken notice that, although I think you guys are progressing lore as fast as humanly expected there is no denying this will be years in the making. Even worse when you guys only ever do massive LUs with reworks or sometimes new champs, while plenty of champs with no connection or no association to a region are in abundance too. And i think personally it's been a wildly missed opportunity to not finish off the Zaun LU with Urgot's rework.
