It's an uneventful rainy day today and unfortunately for everyone else I have enough free time to comprise this load of random trivia. I figured some people might appreciate this, if not perhaps it will be useful for map making hobbyists. Otherwise let me know if something is amiss, as this entire thing is a rough mock up and I was bound to make a few small mistakes.

If you're wondering why other important locations have not been mentioned here, it's deliberate. Basically there was either next to no information about any towns or landmarks within the region (Eg, Targon and Shadow Isles) or it hasn't been re-established after the retcon.

Edit: Also feel free to ask for more details about any specific names and places, either I or someone else could possibly explain.

Okey for both Piltover and Zaun these are for now all the locations I could find, as well as where its located. (Im using these questionable forum listings to get the point of where is where) For more, you can go to the wiki Runeterra page.

As you can see some locations overlap, such as the symbiotic nature of both cities.

Anything you can share about the "Gates of Mourning"? I don't recognise a lot of these places, but that one in particular stands out as interesting.

You said that you're not including regions without known landmarks, but I think there's enough information on this page about Bilgewater. Pretty sure it's canon.

The Pit of Pallas is somewhere in Ionia, possibly near the coast because Noxus was able to get to it

Note:

  • Mount Targon, based on some of the maps in Shurima, is somewhere in the southern continent, likely south-west of most of our familiar Shurima.
  • Bilgewater is to the east of the Southern Shurima continent, and the Shadow Isles are even further to the east than that (and likely a bit more south).
  • PIltover/Zaun is located on a thin connection (possibly artificial) between Valoran and the southern Shurima continent

PS: Glorft and Krexor are part of Noxus

Canon Targon locations are: Mount Targon (on it we have Rakkor cave settlements (which has Threshold gateways, Temple of the Solstice, Solari prayer shrines), Divine carvings, and The Peak (which goes to Targon Prime))
