"this topic is solely regarding story art and sound of league not gameplay wise"

Being on forums for a while now, and reading most of the topics that Riot team has answers in them,i've noticed that most of the replies coming from them are to positive responses and praises. and most of critics are usually ignored. we can keep saying good job it looks great, its fine its wow, its awesome.but isn't critics what actually helps us improve our work?

what i wonder is that do you guys take critics you receive into account on your previous work for your future work? or rely on what majority of people liked in them? or just take the best course of action you see fit without taking either of them into account much?

take xayah and rakan for example. if you take a look around forums and topics of conversation a great deal of their success is based on their looks and their romantic relationship. does this mean that in future more champions are going to be like this? would you guys repeat the same methods that had been successful before or would you take up a new route that is specific to that champion?

how much would you allow the popular mainstreams like attractiveness, fan service, popularity of idols, romance (and all the things that comes with it.remember how much noise janna's sex life made back then?) to effect the current route league's universe is taking? would you prefer to stay unique instead?

these answers are important to me cause im a fan and i like to know where its going. it helps me decide whether i want to stick around as its progress or move on to another story/lore/game.

There was noise about Janna's sex life? First time I heard of it.

Can you provide a bit of context into this?
