Should Tyrant Swain be a replacement of his original skin after VGU?

I remember there was a discussion of should we replace Swain's original skin with Tyrant. I can't remember it in detail but even TheBravoRay joined the discussion.

Even released in 2012, I still think Tyrant Swain keeps up with a modern skin standard. A bit dated but still beautiful. Its colors schemes fit with Noxus theme with red black and dark green. Moreover, It's a few skin that created based on lore. That means it always has potential to be an original skin.

So what do you think? Is it possible for Riot to upgrade his Tyrant to be his original skin when the VGU time comes and place his current original skin to be an alternative like they did to Karma? or they can make a whole new original skin for him like GP?
