@KateyKhaos - Idea for Pre-Owned Skin Shards

Hi Katey. I believe I made thread about a similar topic recently regarding what can be done with skin shards for skins players already own. I was wondering if it would be possible to allow players to enchant those skin shards into chromas? For example: if a player already owned Arcade Miss Fortune and they got the Arcade Miss Fortune skin shard from a Hextech chest, they could be given the option to enchant the skin shard into one of her chromas. Thoughts, madam?
