An Ultimate Skin Idea For Ryze

I thought of something massively interesting just completely out of nowhere. What if there was a skin with a bit of a minigame to it? There already kind of is with lux and her having to land skill shots but what if there was a skin where Ryze had to collect the World Runes that spawned every so often on the map that other players could actually take to prevent Ryze from being able to get it. It would go to whoever killed them so teammates could get it and have the ability to give it to Ryze. (so you could be mean and keep it for yourself but maybe he could have special voice lines if you do) I'm not sure what people would think if it just adds a bit of flare to Ryze and color change depending on the rune/runes he has or if that's just too close to lux. I guess though that most ultimates are just a bunch more visual flares but unsure if simple color changing will induce another GGMF issue which I don't want riot to have again since that might be really dissuasive to have to deal with a second time. It could also really change up his ability particles, like a green earth based one would make most of his abilities fissues instead of arcane energy. I'm not too sure about the world runes but that would certainly be a good time to fully flesh them out.
