@Riot If I saved a Golden Kraken until the VS Event, would it include the two new Legendary skins?

I'm sitting on a Golden Kraken from this current Bilgewater Event, which they reveal one skin shard, one Legendary Skin Permanent, and loot from one Bloodharbor Medallion (one Bilgewater skin shard and one random skin shard). What I was wondering then is if the "one Legendary Skin Permanent" is limited to a past selection of skins that have been out for a certain amount of time at least (a usual trend) or if the selection is completely random among all the current existing Legendary Skins in the Shop at that time of Golden Kraken's opening?

What really got me questioning this though was when some of the PBE updates hit and the two honestly amazing VS skins for Garen and Darius came out and if possible, I would absolutely save my Golden Kraken until their release on the slim chance of being able to pull one of the two with it. http://www.surrenderat20.net/2018/06/pbe-preview-vs-2018-god-king-darius-and.html

I don't particularly imagine things would line up so perfectly, chances are the Golden Kraken doesn't include any Legendary Skins too new, but I was still willing to throw out the question and hope for the best. I'm a pretty patient person, so if I hear the good news and the green lights are a-go, I'll be the fastest turtle I need to be for a chance to pull one of those skins. [sg-lux]
