Does Pantheon Create the Northern Lights?

Cause man it would've been cool if Pantheon had a global lighting change to signal he was ulting if Pantheon changes the sky when he jumps?

Or is that just a general sign? Sort of a, "Targonian Aspect magic at work here" to signal the magical city is opening up to set him loose? Not Pantheon's work at all?

Unless the jump is all man and no aspect magic helping? In which case what kind of beast is Atreus as a human?
