Swirly Icon...thingy.
It popped up in a couple games today. Some weird, blue, swirly thingy above my characters head. Then it vanished. And no one else on my team saw it. It's not some kind of glitch, is it?

It is linked to the words "They are coming" which seems to imply a new champion. So no, it is not a bug.
i saw the same thing when i played a game as teemo, i just thought it was an effect for leaving the nexus at the beginning of the game, but no one else got one

You could think of it as something similar to Bard's icon appearing in Summoner's Rift on PBE before his release.
