Yes their visuals effects and design is quite similar

But the obvious differences is Swain is using some kind of demon magic and Vladimir is mostly on the blood side

You can even hear the whispering on Swain when rips the souls and while ulting

Vladimir is really emphasizing on the blood magic

You got to admit the VFX and audio on Swain is scary af though

If riot is ever gonna Visually update Vlad they should put in some borderline gore-y visuals

Ironically, when Vladimir drains blood, there is a sound effect not that far from it, so that's more of a point for the other side.

I think most people are aware of their thematic differences. What people care about is that the 2 look quite similar to each other and there could be clarity issues with differentiating them and their abilities.
