Damn, Jax actually lore now.

A wanderer, one who has seen Icathia, yet is not only still sane, but has retained confidence and a sense of humor.

His form is disfigured horribly, enough so that a glimpse of his face is enough to convince passersby that he is an inhuman monster, so he wears the mask and robes we see today.

He ends up getting into a great many fights with those who mean to kill, yet he still wields a lamppost to give them a fighting chance.
