I have just realized that every champion has straight hair, except for 
and 
who have wavy hair. So why isn't there a champion with curly hair? Is it because it would look good in the splash art but bad in the model? And if It's not a problem, could we get more diversity between hair types?
Because hair is something that's hard to code over a basic block of pixels.
It's largely due to the fact that it was probably difficult to animate curly hair because it's so much detail. That's why You'll generally see a more "shaggy" look rather than curly. I mean technically Heimer's hair is curly

Fun fact, the movie Brave, disney-Pixar had to invent new programs to animate and control her curls. Her curls had more individual structure points for movement then the rest of her body, a good 3 or 4 times over. Realistic curly hair is harder to animate then just about anything else. Look at all the trouble Cass tail causes
