Can you update Creator Viktor?

Creator Viktor looks like a total boss in the splash art.

However, in game he looks very different and awkward. He's too bulky compared to the splash art and comes across as too grey (not enough red). He's supposed to be a scientist type character but looks too bulky; shouldn't he have a similar body proportion as his other in game models?
