He's back to being a chubby-cheeked hamster in a fluffy bunny suit, but also has some darker/creepier elements present along with him to better illustrate Teemo's true nature; a combination of carefree scout and emotionless killer. Just look at him happily painting his eggs, even while some accidentally dripped paint melts through the leaf below like acid, and a misshapen creature lounges beside him.
No more of the monstrosity that was his previous splash "update". I don't know why it was decided to move on from the nostalgic pastel of his original art and color him in with unnecessary lines and edges, but I'm so happy that we've gotten past that "thing" to a more modern version of adorable.
