@Riot Could we have a few of the lesser-known punishable behaviors more clearly displayed somewhere?

Specifically the fact that asking for reports is considered harassment, on top of being pointless. In many games I play, there's at least one person that says "report ___ for ___", and the same sort of comments are present in a large number of the "I don't understand why I got banned" threads that appear on this board. It seems that a rather large number of players are simply unaware of how multiple reports are handled, or that asking for them is considered toxic behavior.

Would it be possible to hook up a warning message in the client somewhere that displays after a player says the word "report" in a game? Something along the lines of:

"Summoner, asking for a player to be reported is considered negative behavior. Your report alone is enough to flag this game for review; additional reports do not change anything."

Just something that's been bugging me for a while. Many players that try to appeal their bans here have asked for reports before, and of those, quite a few seemed legitimately unaware that fishing for reports is punishable.

Here's the thing, if everything that was ban able dished out bans everytime there would be no one left to play. Even my girlfriend who has been playing for three years ALWAYS polite even to jerks finally lost it and called her teammate a retard for running a Zilean bomb into her getting her killed. Then spent the next two minutes hyperventilating about getting banned. Like everyone should be banned.

What if a Teemo main says something like "Captain Teemo, Reporting for Duty!" at the start of the match? You can't just send an automated message to anyone that just says "Report" in a game. Many people use it jokingly (I.E. at the start of the match when 9 players have a skin "Report Garen for no skin!").

I do agree that most people don't know that asking for reports is against the rules and they should be educated, but automatically doing anything based on a word in chat is nearly always a bad idea. Context is very important.

A single report doesn't hold as much weight as multiple though because if 9 players report the same person in one game you get instant results in punishment for the reported player. A single report doesn't give you instant results ever.

The only time that I've been dunked from reports and seen other players get dunked is when I knew there were multiple reports.
I know they say 1 is the same as many but how can that even be true when they also tell us that we have a report weight based on the amount of correct or incorrect reports we've made?

If multiple reports of different weights are levied on the same individual at once how can all of that be the same as one report?
