We got the 4 big reworks for patch 5.16, and Worlds will either be played on Patch 5.17 or 5.18, and season 5 will most likely end on patch 5.24 (That was said by a Rioter on reddit not too long ago). They also said they want 5.17/5.18 to be a stable patch for Worlds, so I assume no new champion/champion teaser there. When can we expect the arrival of a new champion then?

Since they've released 2 supports this year, I'm pretty sure we won't see another support released before 2020. We've also go a new mid. So riot is due for a top, jungler, and ADC. I'm voting jungler.

Angelofchaos16x1 votesYeah , what is going on in competitive play has nothing to do with champ release. For instance, Gnar was released on the same patch as worlds was played. But I think that It will be a Mid lane Control/Utility mage. We just got a Top/Support, before was a Assassin that could top/mid or jungle, before was a pure support, then a jungler/ then a Carry then Azir, who was the last control mage we saw. Maybe it could be a adc.
