What if Journal of Justice was a Demacian newspaper?

Every time I see the picture of Cam reading the newspaper from the Lore Patch Notes art I'm reminded of the old Journal of Justice. While I understand why it needed to go, I wasn't very happy with how it just one day quietly disappeared from the client. I thought it'd be cool if the JoJ found a way into the new lore as a Demacian newspaper, and it'd be a neat Easter egg of sorts for older players who recognize it.

I want to say the average demacian can't read, as reading means they can become aware of the laws and not be so intimidated by giant Garen-esq and Jarven-esq folk screaming GREATER GOOD! JUSTICE! DEMACIA! at them and have them cow down, like "Yes m'lord, I'll go fight the Noxians! Just stop yellin!"

Demacia is an inclusive society meaning they wouldn't report on world news like journalists in a center of commerce like Pilover would
