He is basically like a giant Frankenstein monster with some cyborg things going on. (Or Hitler on steroids don't know)

Even if he share a similar theme goin on with Urgot, i think this dude's design is enough original to be his own thing in the game. I'm pretty sure he is from Zaun since that's the plae where all these things going on, and it would be absolutely great to see him like this badass Juggernaut from Zaun steamrolling through everything.

If i remmember correctly, he's an enforcer for one of the piltover owned companies in Zaun. Never had a real name, was called hexa-thug or something in script.
I think a sion skin for him would be dope. Giant arm acts as (and maybe even transforms into) the axe. Prob couldnt be a champ though as he occupys a space already covered by urgot and sion.

He is a Vigilnaut, biologically enhanced human/cyborg. This kind of splicing is a common practice in the Zauns underground. The one from the Seconds Trailer was hired by an unknown benefactor to kill Ekko.

While I also really like the design of this dude,I doubt that he has any chance to get into the game(at least not as a champion,maybe they could make a Zaun-map-skin and use him as one of the jungle-monsters)

The thing is that while he looks cool and also rather different,he doesn't bring much new to the game.Pretty much every champ tries to fill in some archetype that no other champion fills(Jhin is a mad artist,illaoi a priestess,kindred the yin-yang spirit of death,etc.),but this guy is pretty much a combination of archetypes that are already in the game(we have already urgot for frankenstein-things,VI has 2 power fists and there are enough brutes in the game too),meaning he'd be mix of other characteristics.

could be urgot in his lore it says that he got changed over and over again, so this could be one of them

dude i think as per some of my research he is nothing but a regular cyborg hybrid stuff sent by any administration of zaun as (zilean is having problem with ekko for messing with time) so i dont think he is some kinda that important player just like that samurai in project overdrive. But anyways that are my opinions could be anything

Huh, I always thought it was Singed in one of his skins, which is very VERY similar to who this character is.
