Nice find ? With the exception of Jinn for Arabic folklore creature, the names fits much more the asiatic theme we would expect from Ionia too. The Sprouting from Zed is a small tree who fits Bonsai kind of tree too.

Dead Eye also leads to

Which means an Ionia AD carry, I would have called it.

I like the theory, but how do you explain the other 3?

Sona has butterflies Garen has jade stones Vi has ????

Although they all seem to share an Asian motif, they don't all seem to relate to blossom or nature.

Guys .. look at the Zed picture. Look right into the flowers, they aren't flying.. its like a tree comes out of Zed heads. it have to be a sniper cuz everytime a video of this starts u hear like some1 take a big sniper, reloads it and shoots.
