theShy (the player the skin is for) wanted to pick Riven for his skin, but since he never played her during the tournament, he couldn't.

theshy wanted riven but the one rule riot has for the skin is that they had to have played the champion atleast once during worlds. he didn't play her during worlds

Shy main riven. IG are the champions! And Fiora champion skin! Yay! I would dream for these to happen back then but since rito deleted real Fiora all these things lost meanings to me. My friend still owe me a whole set of IG champion skins yet we all quit now. Sad! * rito Also my IG boys they picked girl champions because they are into girls!
