Is it a possibility to have a short animated series of a certain lol charecter's story ?

I don't know where to post about that exactly but i tought art and story would be more related to this topic Anyway , i've been thinking if riot could make a short animated series like the lords of war animated by blizzard after i read the story of poppy taric and amumu and skarner , i tought it'd be amazing to have an animated show about them i know there are people who love reading lore , so do i.. but i really want to see more shows like the bard cinematic and i'm sure that there are alot of people do . I know that maybe it costs them alot of money , but there is no such a bad thing in asking a question
