Can someone help guide me on where to go to learn about the story

Ok here's the thing. I've been around since late in season 1...and I've read a few of the backstories on maybe...10-15 champs several years ago...but that's it. I know nothing about Demacia, Noxus, etc, etc. Additionally...I hear a lot of people talking about a retcon involving the story and the world and champs etc. Now...since I didn't get into the story and art previously...and I desire to now...I am at least thankful I don't have to deal with the pain some of you may be having on the adjustment.

So here's my thing...where can I go to view and read up on the new story, both world based and champion based, without dipping into old outdated data that might lead to confusion? The game is incredibly rich and diverse and I have long desired to read up on such stuff...not to mention an incredible desire to one day see a fully done art book of some sort (think of a nice coffee table art book of all the champs etc). So...can anyone help guide me on where to go to read the new changes without, as I said, potentially dipping into terribly outdated information? Is the only place under the lore section for each individual champion...if so how do people know anything about the countries and conflicts? I'd really like to learn all I can as I'm fascinated by the potential story.
