Maybe, but the point stands.

Those skins do not feel like skins, they feel like the visual updates that those champions need.

SGU is an ultimate, there's a lot more to his model than the standard visual update. Go ahead and try to compare it to the base of any champion with a VU this year.

Graves and Twisted Fate were part of the same lore event that Miss Fortune was and received skins from the event as well. Yet for some reason Miss Fortune was the only one you named, I guess this is the part where you try to tell me Graves and Twisted Fate are different.

Wukong is simply getting a Lunar Revel skin that more closely depicts Sun Wu Kong because its year of the monkey, other than that his base doesn't need to be upgraded.
