Project: Lucian W bass missing?

Hi, I recently purchased Project: Lucian and was curious about the SFX for his W. On his regular skin, my sub woofer will positively_ tremble _ whenever I use this skill, giving it a very epic and rewarding feeling. On his project skin I can barely hear the sound for it in the midst of a fight - is this normal? Would like to know from someone at Riot, thanks :)
