Pickpocket Twitch theme change or effects added to make it a 975 or 1350 rp skin

I do not like the current direction this skin is going. I grew up with Sly Cooper, the character this skin is based off of and I have always had a great love of the games. When i first saw that this skin was coming out, i thought it was a good concept, but it doesn't fit . Sly is a "good guy" and he never uses a gun, but i could see the potential, so long as it had effects that matched the base of the character it was based off of, i would be happy. Unfortunately, no effects were added and the price isnt worth it. The skin isn't what it could have been. While i understand making a new concept at this point would be hard, its better than what it is at right now unless effects are added and the price is raised. If not, i suggest making twitch's pickpocket skin based off of the rat troopers from Sly Cooper 4. It fits twitch better, since 1) he is a rat, 2) he also uses sewer-type weaponry, and 3) is a "bad guy". It is a role Twitch is practically made for. If you don't add any effects, this concept fits better for this skin. I feel that a Sly Cooper skin deserves better than this and i hope Riot can at least add effects to the skin to make it worth buying for those Sly Cooper fans.
