Sheilding % runes???

I just wondered having Shielding % runes if it could be a thing sometime in the future. I know riot is planing on changing the runes set, but anyway here it is 0.2% per mark slot(Max 1.8%) 0.35% per seal slot(Max 3.15%) 0.7% per glyph slot(Max 6.3%) and 2.5% in quintessence slot(Max 7.5%).
