Absolute focus/Transcendence

Im a support main( mostly play yuumi with 80k mastery so far since she came out) I was always wondering whats the difference between Absolute focus and Transcendence and this is what i figured out, all builds have a simular build start with blue support starting item,twin shadows, cdr boots, and redemption with transcendence having ardent and banshie vail and absolute focus having deathcap and mejis here's what i got 329 AP with transcendence with the cdr Subrune 319 AP with transcendence with the +9 subrune and 410 Ap with absolute focus with the two +9 adative dmg sub runes and 368 AP when below the absolute focus mark.

Note: this is all without stacking mejis, gaining gathering storm, and without w attachment on a ally
