Hey guys, just a champion designed completely by myself, please give me feedbacks, thank you!

Fellan-------The Knight of Death

Bio: Fellan used to be the third best warrior in Noxus (Top 2 occupied by Darius and Sion), and the only one who "survived" from Demacian Justice. His extreme willing for revenge scared away Thresh, making him reborn as the knight of death, seeking opportunities to finish Garen, and Demacia.

Setting: Melee tank-mage Resource Bar: Mana

Abilities: Passive:** Forward! ** When Fellan receive damage from enemy champion at his front side, he gains a 30% speed boost and slow immunity for 1.5 seconds. If he doesn't deal any damage during the speed boost, he then gains a shield equal to 15% of his max health that lasts 3 second. If the shield gets destroyed he then gains 50% increased speed for 2 seconds. If the shield expires by itself then the passive effect will be in CD for 10 seconds.

I don't like his bio (I love Thresh), but that aside, I'll critique his kit. (Since, for me, lore is 'meh' anyway.)

His passive needs a global cooldown (of at least more ~3 seconds). His passive is also far too strong as it is currently because it enables him to really utilize the full damage you packed into his kit, which would normally be manageable via kiting/running away.

I would suggest increasing the cooldown on his W to ~6 seconds. (45% CDR would make that a 2 second cooldown--and that's a lot of tank shredding power in a sustained fight.)

His E is probably manageable because of it's short range and Dual scaling, but I'd still take a look at it's base damage and armor scaling. (Especially considering his passive + his E provide so much mobility for what seems to me to be an AP Juggernaut in design.)

I don't have any particular problems with his R. Excepting that, after reviewing his kit fully, I find myself rather more horrified at his passive. His kit screams 'AP Juggernaut', but his passive completely makes up for the intended weakness of Juggernauts: Low mobility. Now, I understand that enemies could (normally) simply run away, but that doesn't negate the fact that if they proc it even once, they've essentially permitted him to close that gap free of charge. (Well, some health, but he'll be tanky anyway.) And then, with a Frozen Mallet, or better yet, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, he can stick nice and close a lot easier after that.

I also noted that he'd be rather mana hungry. Which I'd say is an excellent weakness given his kit. (And likely item builds. Frozen Heart/Iceborn Gauntlet would help a lot.)

Despite all that criticism though, I still like the idea. Don't take this the wrong way--it's very interesting. GJ.
