Some random champion idea that pops in my mind.
I've been creating my own champions for a while, here's one of them (I have seven or eight total I think?)
First one is Sedah, a sneaky assassin. Role:Slayer-Assassin Range:Melee (125) Story Setting: Sedah is one of the scary ones in the legends spread over Valoran. He has no origin, and his future cannot be predicted by any sort of magic or arcane. His sole existence is a myth. One and the only one thing people know about him is, if he desires to kill you, you will never be able to escape. His story ended right before the last invasion of the Void, but a few days ago on the Demacia-Noxus border, a figure that looks exactly like him appeared, everywhere he passed was left with a trail of blood, and shadow.
Abilities:
Passive: Overkill Whenever Sedah KILLS an enemy champion, that champion will gain 10% PERMANENT bonus health reduction. Stacks up 3 times max on one champion, and the ability itself has a 3 min cool down.
Q: Merciless Slash Cool down: 8 at all rank. Range: Radius=350 Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Sedah slashes the enemies in front of him, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+90% Bonus AD) physical damage. If only or less than three enemies are hit, the base damage is doubled, if only one unit is hit, the base damage will be converted into true damage.
W: Poisoned Arrow Cool down: 14/13/12/11/10 Bonus Range: 400 Cost: 70 at all rank Sedah pulls out a mini-crossbow out of the shadow around him, gaining bonus range on his next basic attack, and dealing 70/100/140/190/250 (+40% Ability Power) bonus magic damage. The target hit also suffers 10% slow for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds. Kill or assist resets this ability's cool down.
E: Shadow Warp Cool down: 22/20/18/16/14 Range: 700/750/800/850/1000 Passive: Sedah gains 25 move speed if he has in the fog of war for at least 3 seconds. The bonus speed remain 1 extra second after Sedah is seen. Active: Select a locaion, after 1 seconds of channeling, teleport Sedah to the target location. His next basic attack within 3 seconds will grant Sedah 30% speed that decays over 2 seconds.
R: Death's Presence Cool down: 120/100/80 Range: 600 Sedah turns into the shadow of death himself, gaining 30%/40%/50% damage reduction and ignore unit collision for 3 seconds. When in the form of the shadow of death, he can only move. He deals 130/260/390 (+50% Bonus Attack Damage) (+40% Ability Power) physical damage each second to the 3 closest enemy champions. The damage is increased by 10%/15%/20% to enemies below 50% max health. Kill and assist extends this ability's duration by 1 second.
Overview: Sedah (or "Hades" spelled backward) is a squishy assassin who can surprise enemies from unpredictable locations. He is evenly strong at teamfight and dueling. However, his only escape tool has 1 second channeling, which means that he can be shut down easily with CC, same thing to his ultimate, his ultimate surely grants him huge damage reduction, but a simple stun will make him stop moving around and kill everyone on sight. Sedah also lacks the long-term sustain, so if you are still standing and breathing after he goes all-in on you, the odds will shift into your favor.
