Super expensive skins

Was just wondering if there was any chance RIOT would ever add in super expensive skins that truly make you stand out from the crowd, skins that you cannot get through hextech crafting. I understand not everyone would be able to afford skins between 1-10 grand but that's what makes you stand out isn't it? They have no impact on how you play the game either way. All they do is give you the satisfaction of feeling cool while you play.

So only the rich guys could feel exclusive. The hextech skins are already expensive and hard to get, isn't that enough? There are also the victorious skins, the rare skins like Black Alistar (that you can't have it in any way), the 3250rp skins (that's a lot of money for a lot of people).

If you want to be really really 'cool' climb to Master, you don't need expensive skins to prove that you are above the others
