[Champion Concept] Moern, Guardian of the Hearth
This champion is unrelated to Scylina and Deline, but I had fun thinking him up :3 I will try to accept criticisms with grace and tweak accordingly.
So, here is my third champion
Moern (pronounced Moe-airn), Guardian of the Hearth

In a secluded valley deep within the Ionian highlands, there is a temple dedicated to a minor god called Moern, Guardian of the Hearth. He watches over his followers and blesses their hearths with fertility and an ever-burning fire that cannot be stamped out. However, when Noxian forces invaded, plundered his temples and slew his followers, he could do little more than watch. He looked throughout his domain for a host, but found none. Until, his last surviving follower, a small child, cried out for Moern, he felt an inescapable draw to the hearthstone the child was cowering next to. He burst out of the hearth in a shower of sparks, rushed to the child, and burnt the entire Noxian militia to a crisp. When the ashes settled, Moern realized a horrid truth: With only one follower left alive, he had little more power than to maintain his existence. Thus, he roamed the lands of Runeterra, wherein he found the League of Legends. He knew that this was the swiftest possible way to return to the heavens and jumped at the chance to participate. He now lends his power in the league, healing and bolstering his allies while shooting down his enemies.
Support/Mage
Passive: Embers Moern's body radiates a short-lived, but intense fire, which burns the ground beneath him. This smoldering ground lasts 5 seconds and can heal allies for 10 (+1 per 50 AP) every half-second and slows enemies for 15% (+1 per 50 AP) while on running on the ground.
Q: Bonfire/Sparks Moern seeps into the ground and erupts at the target location, damaging enemies for 60/80/100/120/140 (+50% Ability Power) and knocking them back.

WHILE ATTACHED: Moern shoots out a spark, damaging the first person hit for 10/20/30/40/50 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage.

W: Enveloping Warmth/Erupt Moern latches onto a target allied champion, increasing their armor and magic resist by 10/20/30/40/50, absorbs 10/20/30/40/50% of the damage taken by the champion he has latched on to, and takes 150%/125%/100%/75%/50% of the damage he absorbs. Moern's passive persists through the latched champion, and Moern's spells heal him and the latched champion for 50/55/60/65/70% of the damage dealt. This effect lasts until canceled, silenced, or either Moern and/or the latched champion dies.

E: Blazelings/Heatwave Passive: Moern attracts Blazelings, which attack nearby enemies for 5/10/15/20/25 (+1 for every 25 Ability Power). Active: Moern consumes a Blazeling to heal an ally for 60/70/80/90/100 (+20% Ability Power) (+30% of target's missing Health).

WHILE ATTACHED: Moern releases a wave of intense heat, damaging enemies for 50/65/80/95/110 (+40% Ability Power) and grants a shield equal to 30/60/90/120/150 (+60% Ability Power) (+15% of Moern's and latched champion's Health combined) for 3 seconds. If the shield is consumed, another heatwave is released, slowing all nearby enemies by 60% for 1 second.

R: Hearth After a 3-second channel, Moern erects a Hearth with 1000/1500/2000 Health (+100 per 100 Ability Power) and 100 Armor and Magic Resist. The Hearth acts as a minor Fountain Turret, healing allies for 15/20/25 (+3 for every 50 Ability Power) Health and half as much Mana every half-second and damaging nearby enemies for 50/75/100 (+10 per 50 Ability Power) every second, increasing to 100/150/200 (+20 per 50 Ability Power) after 5 consecutive champion hits. Moern can cast this again to teleport him and a champion to the Hearth. Only Moern spawns and can buy from his Hearth.

I imagine Moern looking like, basically, an inferno in the shape of a humanoid male, with floating and slightly squinty blue eyes, reminiscent of blue fire. His limbs end in points, and his end tapers into a point as well. His entire body is layered with hues of orange, red, and yellow, and his Blazelings look like the Will-o-Wisps from Brave, except orange. And aside from his eyes, his body is primarily undefined.
