Cost: 3400

Recipe: item 3123 + item 1053 + item 1038

  • 80 AD
  • 15 % Life Steal

Unique Passive - Hemoragy: Physical damage inflicts Grievous Wounds on the enemy champion for 4 seconds and applies a bleed which deals 5 % of their max health over 3 seconds. Unique Passive - Decapitation: Basic attacks execute minions below 40% health.

Thoughts?

Seems a bit overpowered. Would be better if you could execute minions below 30% and on only melee champions.

I like the idea, but problems arise when you are faced with super minions. The 40% health execute is unreasonably, but making it a 25% health execute range on normal minion would balance it. Also, maybe changing it from a max health % on the bleed to a % of missing health would give it a more “execution” vibe. And I think the unique passive should have some kind of cooldown.

The decapitation passive seems pretty damn useless, considering you have 80 AD at that point.

The Hemoragy passive would just make Tanks more useless than they already are.

People would probably rather buy Bloodthirster/Death's Dance for the better stats and just buy a Mortal Reminder/Lord Dominik's Regards for the Armor Pen.

Overall, I'm not really feeling this item.

Remember giants slayer anyone?, because hemoragy, sounds similar I mean if you balanced it,because of that one percision rune, which might make it op it might be good
