Riot Super Soldier Pantheon

When it comes to the word, Riot, I think of Riot Shields. When I think of Riot Shields, I think of champions that use a shield. We all know Singed owns one. We'd all like to see Braum own one. What about Pantheon? When I see a spartan in the Fields of Justice, I imagine him being more of a super soldier (Since I play Halo). I want to see Pantheon have a super soldier skin. There are some things I'd like to see in some of his abilities.

For his appearance, it's obvious. A super soldier's armor with one of those face shields that those riot control or swat troops wear. Of course, that includes the riot shield and his spear is replaced with a taser beetle stick. On the back is a jet pack and on the right side of his hip is a sub machine gun. I'll explain that when we get to the abilities.

Passive: Aegis Protection. The way he moves is the same only this time, he's protected by an energy shield which makes an electronic pulse once it is hit.

Q: Spear Shot I'm not sure how this one will work. Maybe have Pantheon throw the beetle stick, toss a throwing knife, or shoot a heavy round from the machine gun.

W: Aegis of Zeonia This will be the same. Only Pantheon uses a jet pack to leap into his enemy when he tries to stun them along with different sound effects.

E: Heartseeker Strike Instead of using his spear to rapidly attack in a cone, he uses his sub machine gun, of course followed by gun sounds.

R: Grand Skyfall With the jet pack on his back, the jet pack will help Pantheon leap greatly up into the sky, going twice as high (Figuratively speaking). He makes an explosive entrance kind of like how Robo-Cop would crash in with a heavy jet pack. Since this can be a riot skin, then you could see the lights on his shoulders flash up making that police siren noise.

His quotes are going to be different as well. I'm not sure what he says but in his joke, I'd like to hear him talking about baking as a hobby.
