New champion ideas

I've came to the idea that league is great where it's at, also came to the idea that what is league without a devastating ult such as Karthus, Zed or Kennen.... thats where I came to reason I'm here... seeing all this delectable mayhem... I'm introducing Deathstroke.. not your normal Deathstroke.. I mean a Tekken/Mortal Kombat Deathstroke with a spinning cyclone thunder shuriken ult that splits even the tankiest champions in half also has an instant cooldown after killing a champion.... have him resemble Noob or even Batman with every other attack throwing shurikens. I'm a real big fan of the ninjas your team at Roit creates and I believe this will push the game over the edge of Legendary games ever to be played.
