Idea for a new gamemode

So I don't know what to call it, but what if one of the gamemodes in rotation let's you buy ANYTHING. You can buy any item at any time, even if all 5 slots are full, you can just keep going and going and going. And you can buy jungler items without smite? idk, I think it's pretty cool, vote Yes or No xP
