For the Smurfs & Semi New players - The best way to get champions!
Hey guys, So when I started March 2015, I always had trouble getting champions, was always mad that it takes at least 70 wins just to get a 6300 champion. PLEASE NOTE: I'm explaining it as if a new player will read this xP
So I know how annoying you new players must be.
So I had a good idea on how to get them all with some patience and hopefully some luck.
So buy all the 450 champions, 12 champions adding up to 5400 ip. A nice bonus is you have a champion for every role in case you get autofilled if you play Draft Pick. Or get forced to play a different role from ignorant people in blind pick xP
Then buy all the 1350's, This takes some time but it happens eventually, you also have a large amount of champions, so if you get bored of Annie for instance, just move to a 1350 :)
So then all that's left is the 3150's, 4800's and 6300's.
So once you get all the 450's and 1350's, Save up 1700 ip, and whenever you have 1700 ip. buy a Hextech Mystery Champion Shard.
What this does is in the loot tab by "shop" once you click it and open it, it will give you a random champion Shard (Look up on youtube for a hextech tutorial if you don't know how to use it) So lets say you got Amumu, Annie and Kayle, you already own them, you need 3 shards to REROLL, and you will get a champion You don't own no matter what.
SO HERE'S THE MIND BLOW :O
If you got 3 450's it will always give you a 450. but if you already own them, it will give a 1350. But you already own the 1350's too. SO It will give you a 3150, because that's the next tier you don't own, and all 3150's are pretty decent champions.
Hopefully this helped you :P On my main it's been 2 years and I still don't own all the champions.

JUST A NOTE: For all the people commenting "This is stupid just buy the champions you want" It takes some time to save up all that ip. WIth this way, you won't get the ones you want usually, Although you might want Kennen, it will take some time to save up for him, and all you're going to own is some 450's and 1350's most likely. With this way I got Pantheon and Miss Fortune. Now whenever I get top/adc I don't need to play Ashe or Jax.
