Crelon, the Isles Doctor

I made a champion concept a while back, and I've had a ton of concepts thrown around in my head, and i'm putting one on this board. This is my second concept, and i'd like opinions on it. Here goes:

[Basics]

Classes: Main: Support Secondary: Caster Assassin He'd either be built as an AP/AD based caster assassin with support qualities, or tanky mage-like support. Race: Undead Human Home Nation: Shadow Isles Currently Staying: Zaun

[Appearance] Dark (or brown) full coat, complex hextech mask with glaring green goggles. (pale, seemingly dead under the coat and helmet)

[Lore] A long time ago, Crelon was very mortal, a healer living in the Blessed Isles. His main hobby was chemistry, mainly dealing with runic spells and elements. Many of his studies revealed potions and things that could be used by soldiers and healers alike. Though, during the disaster that ended up in the creation of the Shadow Isles some know of today; Crelon was within an underground cellar protected with odd runes and a dark energy around it. He went (mostly) unchanged by the disaster. He was afraid to leave, fearing being corrupted or worse from the undead.

As a method of sustenance, he occasionally donned his dark overcoat, to mask his presence to the many hostile denizens of the Shadow Isles, and he gathered the odd fauna that still remained. He combined each sample, creating a potion of immense strength. It removed his basic needs, and it removed something more - his morality and sanity. During the next year, he took in several undead to study them, even going as far to using runic tools to remove their entire essence, to use for his own personal needs and weapons.

After a few months of his descent into madness, he found a boat and travelled across the sea onto the mainland of Valoran, attracted to the rumors of a city embracing the craft he loved.

He finally arrived in Zaun, its scientific and free environment called to him.

Long after his arrival, he now had several tools at his disposal, and enhanced research techniques. While his goals are ominous and unknown, he still has some reasoning. His time in Zaun seems to have made him somehow civilized, though his madness still lingers in his mind. In his free time he is a doctor and techmaturgist, though some of his patients leave his office... different.

[Abilities] (now we get to the good stuff)

Passive: Research & Study Research: Crelon receives 10% less gold and experience, sharing them globally instead. For each champion he kills, he gains 10 Magic resist and Attack Damage. He gains 5 Armor and Magic Resist for assists. The passive
stacks to 20, and after he reaches 20, he can select an ability to 'specialize', or buff.

Study: Each time Crelon strikes an enemy champion with an ability, he gains 1% damage resistance against that champion(stacks up to 5
times).
Study wears off after 30 seconds and has an additional 30 second cooldown, which can be reduced based on 50% of his cooldown
reduction and magic resist.

Q: Techmaturgical Drone Cost: 70 Mana Crelon sends out a drone in a skillshot, dealing 30(leveled by 5) + 65% of his Attack Damage to at a maximum of 2 champions. This applies Study, as do all abilities.

W: Revenant's Aura Cost: 120 Mana Crelon begins to channel ghostly energy around him, glowing a ghostly blue, providing an aura that increases the resistances of nearby champions by 10 (scaling on level + 80% of his ability power) After channeling for 2 seconds, the AOE around him explodes, dealing 20(based on level) + 50% of his ability power in damage to enemy champions, and stealing the damage dealt as health for allied champions.

E: Ghastly Surge (1st cast costs 150 mana, 2nd costs 60 for the second) 1st Cast: Crelon blinks to a target enemy or ally, dealing 20 magic damage to the enemy, but nothing if blinking to an ally.

2nd Cast: Crelon throws 3 Techmaturgical drones out in a cone, buffing the movespeed(by 2%) of allies, and dealing 40(+ 85% of Crelon's AD) damage to enemies struck.

R: Chemistry Corruption Cost: 250/200/150 Mana + 50 Health 160/150/130 Cooldown Crelon becomes extremely unstable and reckless, replacing his E with a blade skillshot, dealing 70% of his AD. He becomes lit with glowing green energy, which buffs his movespeed by 18%(based on ability level) and constantly does burn damage to enemies. At the end of the duration, if he does not get a kill or assist, he suddenly feels his limits, getting rooted for 1 second and taking 150 damage over that second. Killing or getting assists during the corruption, it extends the duration by 2 seconds.

my main issue with this guy is the sharing globally of some of his gold, it is kinda unfair if an ADC starts getting extra cash, even if it aint much. Also with your whole gain 10 magic and 10 attack damage i think a. it should be cut down to some sort of damage ratio instead, cause then this guy being played would be just people trying to ks and also...u mean stack to a max of 20 magic resist and 20 attack damage right? if u meant it stacks 20 times..hahaha 200+ magic resist...haha kill me now. id say move that to + 5 for maybe 1000 (+50-100 per level random) damage done to a champ and also so that it is lost on death. kinda forces u to do more damage and also the minimum rising makes it a bit more balanced. last negative i swear, maybes just change the effect of giving health for friendly champs, just doesn't seem to match what he is, maybe he summons something i don't know. maybe it goes towards the cool-down on other abilities? i dunno i just don like an ability that rewards allies too much for such an out going champ. also this is all personal oppions like..i aint even lvl 30 yet

but i like your ideas, the idea of the drones really caught my eye, im just imagining some skins that could be created with it. besides that last part i really liked your w, there is not enough boosts to allies Armour in that way from characters like this that DON'T add shield (screw u Morgana so many kills lost) i like the idea of making allies tougher not just save them from damage. i do like how your R is based off succeeding in a kill or an assist, it forces people to join the fight more which tends not to happen in my opinion (or maybes it just when im playing with casters) lastly i apologies for spelling i cant type on this tiny iPhone screen. over all good champ*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]* good job (fyi like the lore too)

Counter Taunts:

Maruilla: Find me a way to limit Her Will on me...

Marie: ...why are you looking at me like that?

Tenbatsu: I would enjoy being your experiment, as long as you join me!

Nonki: Something tells me I'm going to like you.
