Aren't we overdue for a new Viktor skin?

Who else thinks the Glorious Evolution has been a little neglected as of late? Viktor's last skin was Creator Viktor, released over 2 years ago. Albeit an amazing skin, one of the League's more veteran champions deserves more than 3 skins (1 which isn't even available at all times). I wouldn't go as far as to call him the most neglected when it comes to skins, but it really is about time, Rito.

One thing is for certain, it's not due to a lack of ideas. DJ Viktor for instance has several good concepts.
