Suggestion: Emergency Dodge Vote during Champion Select

After leveling up this new account I had to play Blind Pick pretty often and it honestly isn't that great. Sure, que times are lower but you often run into trolls who don't respect call order which makes you end up with things like triple midlane or people who just straight up go AFK at the beginning of the game.

And even in Draft Pick you can experience this kind of stuff, albeit much rarer. You still get some people who got autofilled which causes them to troll from time to time.

The problem is that if you dodge, you get the que time penalty. You can't just remove it either though, because it would make it pretty much impossible to go into a game because people would constantly leave games before they even start.

So for something like that an Emergency Dodge Vote or whatever you want to call it would help a lot. You would type "/dodge vote" into the chat and a vote would pop up, similar to the surrender vote. If the majority votes yes, everyone instantly gets placed back into que without any penalties.

The only downside that I can see is that it might cause toxicity. When people start a surrender vote it can be pretty tilting for the rest of the team and with a dodge vote a similar situation could occur. I still think that the advantages heavily outweigh the disadvantages though so there is pretty much no reason NOT to implement it.
