[Champion Concept] Pul - The lost creation

Zac needs a rival and a soulmate a Piltover Unknown Legacy A lost experiment that's forgotten, who over time built herself up with tossed out hextech equipment. To her one creations trash is another fashion, but she is picky and hates disgusting slobs. Pul is the type of gal who focus more on fashion sense and seeks to be a true girl, but deep inside she feels that she will always be the thrown out weapon of mass destruction.

She is a ranged champion

Passive: Recycle- When an enemy dies, if Pul walks over the remains then Pul will gain 10% bonus gold. If Pul items are full** (not including ward slot) ** Pul gains 20% movement speed for 5 seconds

Q- Hextech ward Cooldown: 30/28/26/24/22 Mana: 60/70/80/90/100 Range: 800 Number of Wards: 1/2/4/4/6 Duration: 30/45/60/90/120 (+10% Ability Power) Health: 3/3/4/4/5 Attack and ability boost (by % of Pul Ability power): 2/4/6/8/10 Pul places a ward granting vision and attack/ability power to nearby allies Note: 10% Ability power is only 60 out of 600 total ability power

W- Smexy Bomb Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Mana: 30/40/50/60/75 Damage: 40/50/60/70/80 (+40% Ability Power) Bonus Damage: 20/25/35/50/70 (+40% Ability Power) Stun Duration: 2 seconds Pul kisses a bomb and throws it, if she hits her ward with the bomb activates stun destruction mode. Causing the ward to explode stunning enemies withing 100 radius of the ward and dealing extra damage

Adds bonus stats to all allies around Hextech Wards for a short duration The whole map goes pink, where to run? where to hide? no body knows.
