(Character Concept) Lilli - Misfortune Favorite
Lore: Lilli was once a small little girl raised by merchants, at night she would sneak out of bed and steals her fathers firearms and shoot at small rodents for the thrill of being naughty. Her interests in firearms made her study days and night behind the dangers and uses behind her parents back, hoping one day she could leave and make a dream last. One faithful night her parents had to work a shipment and Lilli had no choice but to come along with her parents, that same very night the harrowing took bay and swept her away. She wakes up and find herself in the shadow isles, met by many devious ghost who wish her no harm, and believed she was just like them, freaks of nature, one with a feather. Few years of passed, Lilli learned how to be one with her inner shadow, she created her own firearms, and she learned the ways of the spirit Isles. One day hoping she can venture comes a ship with a Madam staring into the shore, Lilli's journey has just begun.
Passive: Guidance Web Every time Lilli gets hit by an auto attack she will spawn a Spirit Spider who will follow Lilli until she gets close to an enemy they will target the enemy and disappears after an attack of 10 magic damage. (This damage cannot be scaled)
Q: Spectral Shot Mana: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Attack Damage (First shot): 50/70/80/90/110 (+60% AD) Slow % for 3 seconds: 30/35/40/45/50 Magic Damage (Second Shot): 30/45/60/75/90 (+60% AP) Lilli shoots her pistol with 2 shots, the first will slow the first enemy hit and the second will damage every enemy in a straight line.
W: Spiders Embrace Mana: 10 (per spider heal) Health: 10/12/14/16/25 Damage: 12/14/16/25/30 Lilli Spirit Spider will heal the designated target for health each spider, also passively increases spiders damage
E: Spectral Tears Damage Increase %: 30/40/50/60/80 Passive: Lilli will have a 4 second delayed shadow following her, any ally ranged attack that passes threw the shadow will deal increased damage. For every attack successfully hit that involved spectral tears will give Lilli a stack in depressed thoughts. Depressed Thoughts: Increases Lilli Armor, and Magic Resist by 1 per stack
R: Planar Outburst Mana: 200/350/500 Cooldown: 180/150/120 Damage: 100/150/200 [+40% AD + (Depressed Thoughts * 4)] Lilli will burst her surroundings dealing physical damage and consuming her Depressed Thoughts, The more Depressed Thoughts stacked the higher the damage dealt to surrounding enemies. Doing so will stun Lilli for 2 seconds (Noted: Depressed Thoughts will deplete all stacks when ult is used, players also don't necessarily need E or any stacks to ult)
