[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Kitan, The Lowly Servant
All of these champions in the league seem to be good fighters, have magical powers or are people with special talents or training, but there's no regular person who lived a very regular life before joining the League. I plan to make a champion exactly like this.

Kitan, The Lowly Servant:
APPEARANCE: Picture a butler in your mind. Now imagine that person in tattered brown clothes due to all the work he does and holding a simple wooden broom. He has fairly light skin and no facial hair. The rest is up to your imagination. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DRAW CONCEPT ART FOR HIM, PLEASE CONTACT ME IN THE COMMENTS.

ABILITIES:
Passive - Humility: Kitan is only a simple servant and so his attacks against enemies apply stacks of Humility (max 4) which disappear if an enemy has not taken damage for 5 seconds. Each stack reduces the damage from that champion by 6% for a maximum of 24% reduced damage and if an enemy has 4 stacks of Humility, Kitan's next basic attack will deal 150% of it's base damage and consume all the stacks. This basic attack cannot critically strike.
Q - Clean Sweep: **Cooldown:**13/12/11/10/9 seconds Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana Kitan swipes his broom in a wide arc in front of him, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.7AD) physical damage and knocking up all enemies for 1 second.
W - Wipe the Dust Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Mana Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana
**Passive: ** Whenever Kitan kills a unit, he cleans up the mess and adds Dust to his broom. The more Dust he has, the heavier the broom is and the more damage he deals. He can have a maximum of 10 stacks of Dust and each stack increases his attack damage by 5 for a maximum of 50 extra attack damage. Active: Kitan throws his broom forward in a straight line that stops when it hits an enemy champion or stops at the end of its range. The force of the impact removes all the dust and deals 70/110/150/190/230 (+0.8AD) physical damage if an enemy is hit and the dust blinds them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds depending on the amount of Dust stacks he has. If he has no dust, the blind does not apply. 1-2 stacks = 1 second **3-4 stacks **= 1.5 seconds **5-6 stacks **= 2 seconds 7-8 stacks = 2.5 seconds **9-10 stacks **= 3 seconds
If the broom reaches the end of its range, it lands and disperses all it's dust. Depending on the amount of dust, enemies are dealt physical damage over time for 5 seconds. 1-2 stacks = 15 damage per second **3-4 stacks **= 20 damage per second **5-6 stacks **= 25 damage per second 7-8 stacks = 30 damage per second **9-10 stacks **= 35 damage per seocnd
E - Dinner is Served: Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Mana Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 mana Kitan throws a plate of hot food (don't ask how it's hot while in battle, he has a lot of pocket warmers) into an area which burns enemies, dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+0.2AD) physical damage per second for 3 seconds. (300 unit radius).
R - Can I Help You? Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds Mana Cost: 140/160/180 mana Kitan's ult interacts differently with allies and enemies.
Allies: Kitan offers his services to an allied champion for 10 seconds, giving them 40/60/80 increased attack damage and ability power and a flat 30/50/70 move speed buff for the duration. Half the damage that the allied champion takes is transferred to Kitan (after being reduced by Kitan's defences). Enemies: Kitan selects an enemy champion and pretends to help them, causing the enemy champion to walk towards him for 4 seconds and take 20/30/40% increased damage.
LORE: There comes a time when a champion enters a league with no apparent talent whatsoever; such was the case with Kitan. Once the servant of a Demacian Nobleman, Kitan lived a life of extreme mediocrity and did very little but obey his master's every command. It wasn't a great life, but it was enough to pay the bills. One day as Kitan was sweeping the floor, he heard a knock on the door. This was highly unusual because his master wasn't expecting anyone at this hour, nevertheless he opened it and received a huge shock. A woman with a strange blade stood in front of him; as beautiful as she was, she seemed dangerous. Before Kitan could say anything, a group of crudely dressed men, all armed with intimidating looking weapons, rushed in and seized his master before swiftly rushing back out the door and riding off into the distance.
A surprised Kitan stood helplessly as his very purpose in life was just taken away from him. What had happened to his master? What would he do now? Kitan decided to search for answers. Realising that he didn't have a weapon, Kitan improved and honed his broom until it was useable as a weapon, borrowed one of his master's horses and set out on a journey to find him. He searched far and wide but all his efforts were in vain, it seemed that no one knew of where his master could be, he had simply vanished.
His search finally led him to the League of Legends, where he hopes the champions and summoners will be able to track down his master so he may resume his duties.
