Orion - The Ancient Seer
FYI: A seer is also known as a fortune teller/soothsayer/that person with the crystal ball who sees into the future. However the best ones do not need a crystal ball and Orion is the best.
APPEARANCE: Orion is a man with somewhat tan skin. He is clothed very simply, wearing a very simple brown robe that covers his whole body. While he is not very muscular, he is deceptively strong. He has a beard that's quite long due to the fact that he is thousands of years old but it is kept in manageable condition by his enlightened state. He carries a simple wooden staff that is unbreakable also due to his enlightened state and has a bag of knives at his side which he draws knives to throw from. I leave the rest to your imagination and I would like someone to draw a concept art for me if anyone is interested. **If you are interested, please message me in the comments. **

ABILITIES:
Passive - Mark of the Seer: All enemies hit by Orion's abilities are marked with Mark of the Seer that lasts 6 seconds and gives Orion vision of them. Orion's basic attacks are able to consume the mark and deal 50/75/100/125 magic damage. The mark does not refresh if enemies are hit by multiple abilities in quick succession.
Q - Staff Spin/Flurry of Knives: Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana
Staff Spin: Orion reaches out and spins his staff around, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.6AD) physical damage to all enemies hit by it (200 unit radius). Enemies hit by the edge of the staff feel the full force and are stunned for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds.
Flurry of Knives: Orion throws out a flurry of knives in a cone in front of him. Enemies hit by a knife take 40/80/120/160/200 (+0.5AD) physical damage. These knives remain embedded in their target, slowing those enemies by 20% for 3 seconds.
W - Ancient Staff/Knives of Wisdom: _Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds _ Mana Cost: 20 mana Orion carries two weapons, each with different effects. He starts off the game with his staff equipped.
Ancient Staff: Melee weapon with 150 range. Whenever he switches to this weapon he gains a 20/30/40/50/60% attack speed boost for the next 5 seconds and his attacks permanently deal 10/20/30/40/50 extra physical damage.
Knives of Wisdom: Ranged weapon with 550 range (he throws his knives in front of him.) Whenever he switches to this weapon, he gains 10/15/20/25/30% critical strike chance for the next 10 seconds. Also, his attacks permanently pierce through their initial target, dealing 90/85/80/75/70% of Orion's attack damage to the next target struck. Each knife will only deal damage to a maximum of two targets.
E - Dance of Swiftness: _Cooldown: 17/16/15/14/13 seconds _ Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana
Passive: Orion gains 10/20/30/40/50 movement speed and 15/20/25/30/35% attack speed. Active: Orion gains 700 movement speed for 1 second and dances swiftly towards any location he desires. (Not considered a jump/dash type ability as it cannot go over walls.)
R - Spirit of Foresight: **Cooldown:**100/90/80 seconds Mana Cost: 120/140/160 mana
Orion can predict events in the future and temporarily leaves his body behind as his spirit goes on to fight for him for the next 10 seconds. The spirit retains almost all of Orion's stats but deals 15/25/35% less damage and if the spirit dies while foresight is active (which cancels the duration) or if the duration expires, Orion returns back to his original body and keeps the health and mana his original body has at the end of the duration. However while Orion's spirit is active, his body has only 10/30/50 armor and magic resist and enemies can attack his body and kill it, which kills Orion.
LORE: The seers date back thousands of years, from a time before the great civilisations had even come into existence; Orion is just one of the few remaining. They were known for their knowledge of the future and ability to foretell events before they even happened; however they never really learned to defend themselves since it was simply unnecessary. This led to their downfall.
A mad king once ruled Runeterra, a king who thought that the Seers were nothing but fakes and liars. He ordered a complete purge of all seers that ever existed, so that their traditions may be wiped out completely. Almost all were helpless to stop the purge and soon only a select few remained, including Orion. They sought refuge in random locations across the land, away from the reach of the Mad King, and honed their defensive skills.
Orion focused for years, developing his abilities till he could throw a knife and slice a blade of grass from almost a mile away. But this was not enough. He needed the foresight to avoid danger and protect himself from whatever may come in his way. After years of dedicated meditation he finally reached enlightenment, a state of immortality where his abilities are empowered tenfold which allowed him to become a deadly and precise killer. However he swore never to use his powers for violence unless he had no choice. Centuries passed and Orion wandered the land as a nomad, offering his guidance and help to those who requested it. He now serves the league in order to make the plight of the Seers known to the world and offer his services to those in need.
