How do grades work?

So I got an A with Ryze and it says my highest is a B. If you check master yi as well I got an S for the chest, but there was still no record of the S? How do these numbers work?

As for the grading system in general not total sure lol i hear it has to do with champ averages but idk cause i got an A+ with annie in a game i went 23-0 in had 187 farm and the game lasted 33 mins farm was only low due to roaming but with 23 kills that should of evened out and it didnt
KingHeidrek1 votesstill the same thing. I don't know about giving grades, but if it's an average that might make sense. Oh yeah i just started playing lol this season.
Kneelbeforezoth1 votesit should update at some point cause if its your season high then it shouldnt be showing a B when your high is an A
