"Virgil - The Wandering Storyteller" is possible next champ?

All credit goes to [Poeta Somnium]. Saw some people in forums already post this but nobody has made it as obvious as this title.

Everything in that champ concept fills all the holes in this teaser, and i really enjoy everything about this champion concept. They put a LOT of work into it. Anyone else agree?

Also.. Does anybody else think the Bard Symbol look a lot like the Gallifreyan Written Language from Dr.Who series?

Typing in "The Wonder Above" Looks very close. Or so thats as close as i could get to that symbol.
