Akali Chroma

Hey Guys!

Lemme first say, well done Riot with this music. I cannot stop listening to it! I'm creating this discussion as to why Akali's glow graffiti not a chroma. This shown in the video at time 1:20 gave the impression that its a chroma, but it is not. I'm pretty sure its not hard to put in-game but this would be a really good chroma to her K/DA skin. Maybe even have a special art style interaction when Ctrl+1 or 2 is pressed.
