Should the entity ghostly figure in the "As we Fall" Video Be a skin?

So after watching this video, as an animator, just an amazing piece by Riot :D But at the time 2:32 into the video, that entity body of Varus looks amazing. I think Riot can make this as a skin for Varus since he hasn't gotten one for awhile. What do you guys think?
