Arcade Bard Skin

Since Bard basically has one "real" skin. I think making him another, ARCADE BARD, in fact, would be a wonderful addition to the game and would have me throw more money at the game. Arcade Bard seems like it has so much potential for different things. His ult could be like an 8-bit spaceship drop off thing. Meeps could be whatever, Magical Journey's could be SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS, same with the healing shrines. I Just feel like it has alot of potential.

I think that the next Arcade Skin is going to be a Legendary and is called a little bit Different. Like the Battle Boss Skin Theme, where the Final Boss Skin is a Legendary too. It's probably not going to be Bard, but a Mid-laner.
