Soo yes as the title stated. we haven't had any new void champions for a whole wile now, especially with the release of Vastayans and how hot it is knowing there would be multiple Ahri like ladies.

I have came up with a solution for more booty to shine on Vastayans and yet allow a proper introduction of a new void champ. As far as we know there are humans that can and have gone in and out of the void gaining a void like power. Now who cant say Vastayans, Demons, and Yordles cant do the same... Even tho i doubt Kench and Aatrox would wanna touch that thing... We only got 2 demons in game weirdly enough, someone should really suggest a new demon champ... Anyways getting kind of off topic here, what if a nice T H I C C Vastayan were to be the next void champ?????

I bring you Kelly The Wilderness Of The Void Picture a Cat girl, a Neko who uses guns, YESSS I SAID GUNS. Hey my mama always said if she dont shoot you, then she aint waifu. Passive - Basic Attacking Enemy Champions permanently grants 1 attack damage every 3rd basic attack.

Q - Hover Drive And Drop. Duration: 5 seconds of flight, 5 seconds after drop Kelly Controls her voidling with the boombox, dealing damage overtime in an area and granting allies bonus health regeneration, pressing the button again drops her boombox allowing the effects to stay immobile for 5 more seconds. Mana: 100/120/140/160/180 Health Regen: 5/8/11/14/17 per second (+1% Kelly's Attack Damage) Damage Per Second: 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% Kelly's Attack Damage)

W - ZZ'Drop Dat Beat Kelly's Voidling Becomes A Mini Portal that spawns Void Babies every 10 seconds, max being 2 portals at a time Portals have no time limit but have 3 health, Void Babies Basic Attacks does not Proc Kelly's Passive, Placing More than 2 will demolish the oldest portal placed. When placed in front of a Jungle Camp, Void babies can and will attack the jungle monster. Kelly can then activate 9 Lives to place a decoy with taunt for 2 seconds as the real her becomes stealth and gains increase movement speed Duration Of Stealth: 1/1/2/2/3 seconds Movement Speed Bonus: 10/15/20/25/30% Attack Speed Bonus: 5/10/15/20/25% Duration Of Speed Bonus: 2/2/3/4/5

R - Call Of The Void Babies Kelly Sends out a army Of Super Void Babies To Aid her Cooldown: 240/210/180 Number Of Super Babies: 1/2/3% of Kelly's Attack Damage Super Babies Health: 10% Kelly's Attack Damage Super Babies Damage: 5% Kelly's Attack Damage Attack Speed: .8 Movement Speed: 250 (+50% Kelly's Bonus Movement Speed) They will only go down the lane they were spawned in. or the closest lane. (cant be used to clear jungle)

This is massively too buffed. Just imagine her with 1000 AD.

  3. This kit is poorly thought through. It appears to be a ranged ADC that specializes in split pushing, making it an excellent candidate to simply be a broken replacement for Quinn

  4. Infinitely scaling damage is touchy in character design, and there is a reason that there hasn't been infinite AD scaling: balance. While veigar does have infinitely scaling AP, his kit is balanced in that he has no ability to distract people off of himself (barring a brief stun). This kit however proposes (in the late game [and, mind you, pretending that despite a full AD build you didn't basic attack almost anyone that game]) well over 20 "super baby" minions (with roughly 250 AD EACH) and 2 "Void Babies" every 10 seconds (each with roughly 70 AD) and a 2 second taunt on a decoy. These are all incredibly distracting to opponents, as having each of these attack them once deals (and mind you, this is a full AD build if she didn't use her passive AT ALL) 5150 damage. Assuming of course that the passive is used throughout the course of the game, basic attacking champions as a ranged character is fairly common occurrence, and as a conservative estimate, we can say that Kelly will auto an enemy champion six times per minute. Now assuming she builds full AD (ending with approximately 550 AD without passive), and it takes her 45 minutes to complete her build, her late game will have her with 820 AD. This means that her ultimate spawns 26 Super babies each with 328 AD and the void babies from her W will deal 107 damage. Once again, one attack from all of these (without Kelly herself, with 820 AD mind you, attacking the champion) deals 8740 damage. This is all during the course of an AVERAGE length game.

  5. The split pushing power due to the previous point is too strong, as it will nearly 1-shot towers. The dueling is too strong due to the previous point. Having 26 overpowered minions is a surefire way to win every team fight. In other words, this champion has no weak scenarios, as CC'ing her once she's cast her abilities has no effect on her minions.

This concept seems less like an actual concept, and more like an attempt to write a fanfiction about yourself in a seriously messed-up and strange method.
